Cynthia Bowen Named President-Elect of the American Planning Association

CHICAGO—Cynthia Bowen, AICP, LEED AP, from Indianapolis, Indiana, was elected to serve as President-Elect of the American Planning Association (APA), a 38,000-member organization committed to promoting better communities through good planning. Bowen will take office January 1, 2016. Bowen will serve one year as president-elect before assuming the presidency for a two-year term.
