REA Associate, Daniel Liggett, will present a project overview and insights on Lugar Plaza at the 2018 Indiana ASLA Conference.
Currently under construction, the project will serve as a critical keystone in enriching downtown's urban fabric between the City-County Building, Julia Carson Transit Center, and Indianapolis Cultural Trail.
