It’s that special time of year again! At REA, our annual holiday tradition is all about spreading joy and giving back to our community. With contributions from our incredible staff, we spent the morning shopping for gifts and essentials for three teenagers supported by Home of the Innocents in Louisville and two families sponsored by the Shepherd Community Center in Indianapolis.
The festivities continued back at the office with a delicious lunch, lively team games, and a time to reflect on our accomplishments from the past year. Together, we wrapped the gifts and prepared them for personal delivery – spreading holiday cheer before the day was done.
This event embodies our firm’s culture of gratitude, generosity, and humility. Community involvement has always been a fixture in our purpose, from our project work to hands-on volunteer efforts. Our holiday celebration is a meaningful way for us to give back to the community and reflect on our role in fostering stronger, more equitable communities.
